Alisa is the reigning Ice Queen. She holds the World record for the fastest female in the 1000 meter freestyle and the 500 meter freestyle.

- She won the 25-29 age group and women's 3 km open water race at the 2024 World Aquatics Masters Championships in Old Doha Port, Qatar on 23 February 2024.
- On 4 February 2024, she won the 250m freestyle at the IISA 1st European Championship in Oradea, Romania at the age of 29.
- She was on the winning 4x25m freestyle relay at the 13th Winter Swimming World Championships in Lake Bled, Slovenia on 28 January 2023 with Tobias Wybierek, Marie-Therese Bartl, and Kilian Franke.
- She won the 50m freestyle at the 13th Winter Swimming World Championships in Lake Bled, Slovenia on 27 January 2023.

- She set the women's world record in 12:48:60 in the Ice Kilometer at the International Ice Swimming Association World Cup Series Stage 0ne in Veitsbronn, Germany on 10 January 2019 in 1.4°C water and 2.0°C air temperature.
- She competed in the Ice Kilometer in the Zollhaus Open, an International Ice Swimming Association-sanctioned ice swimming event held in February in Hermsdorf, a town in eastern Germany on 24 February 2019, finishing in 13:21:1 in 2.80°C water and -9.00°C air temperatures.
