Motivation:Gerald has worked tirelessly to help introduce and maintain integrity of para swimmers in our sport. He has an esoteric knowledge of disability and the ways it impacts swimmers. Over the past few years, he has communicated with the IISA board to bring this sport, into this new groundbreaking area and ahead of others.
With his dedication, knowledge and commitment, para swimmers are now on an equal playing field in the ice. This will promote IISA as a fair and accessible federation, which in turn, sets all areas for the future path of IISA.
