Motivation:Hi,
Paul georgescu is the father of ice swimming in Romania. Besides his performances in ice swimming i think he create a stong and big ice swimming comunity in our country. I guess that Romania is one of the countries who develop so fast in the last years in this sport and this is his merit. Since 2019 when he was the only romanian swimmer in Murmansk at WC and until now Romania has a national team of 45 swimmers which 15 of them are elite swimmers. Paul in 5 years has done so much for this sport: he Arrange withn the main sport tv channels in Romania to brodcast live the WC from France and alsio the EC from Oradea; he promote on media many romanian ice swimmers and I think the most important one is that Romania organized the 1st European Championship.
I think Paul deserv so much to be included IISHOF.
